Sub-processors
These are the service providers ICPLeads, Inc. uses to operate InternationalSchools.org. Each is engaged under a written contract that requires them to process personal information only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security.

2. Shortlisted schools (independent controllers)
When you opt in on our form, we share the personal information in your family profile with the schools on the shortlist we send you. Each of those schools acts as an independent controller of the information we share with it and handles it under its own privacy policy. Shortlisted schools are not sub-processors and are not listed individually here, because the recipients depend on the family's stated preferences.
3. International transfers
Some sub-processors are located outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Where personal information of residents of those regions is transferred internationally, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and, where applicable, the EU-US, UK Extension, and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework certifications of the receiving party. 4. Changes and notifications
We will update this list when we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor. Where we materially change the list, we will update the effective date above. Customers and partners who wish to be notified in advance of changes can email dpo@internationalschools.org to subscribe to sub-processor change notices.
