Submit a Privacy Request

This page explains how to ask us to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information. We respond to every verified request — whether or not the law in your country requires us to.

Effective: 12 May 2026Version: 1.0

1. Rights you can exercise

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete your personal information ("right to be forgotten") subject to legal exceptions.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, including consent for school introductions.
  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising (we honour Global Privacy Control).
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (CCPA/CPRA).
  • Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. UK ICO or your national EU Data Protection Authority).

For full detail on the legal basis for each right, see our Privacy Policy.

2. How to submit a request

Send a short email — the simplest way is to use the pre-filled template below.

Email a privacy request

Or write to us at privacy@internationalschools.org, or by post:

ICPLeads, Inc.
300 Delaware Ave
Wilmington, DE 19801
United States of America

EU/UK residents may also contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@internationalschools.org.

3. Identity verification

To protect your information, we will verify your identity before acting on a request. We typically do this by matching the email address on the request with the one used to contact the Service, and by asking for details only the requester is likely to know (such as the approximate date of submission and the destination listed in your enquiry). For deletion or access requests, we may ask for additional verification proportionate to the sensitivity of the information.

4. Response times

  • GDPR / UK GDPR: within 30 days, extendable by up to a further 60 days for complex requests, with notice.
  • CCPA / CPRA and other US state laws: within 45 days, extendable by 45 days, with notice.
  • If we are unable to verify your identity or to act on your request, we will explain why.

5. Authorised agents

Where the law permits, you may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written authorisation signed by you and may verify your identity directly.

6. Appeals

If you believe we have wrongly declined or limited your request, you may appeal by replying to our response email or writing to privacy@internationalschools.org. We will review the appeal and respond within 60 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority or, in the United States, with your state Attorney General.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent. To make your preference explicit, you can:
