Acceptable Use Policy

The service is for genuine school admissions: creating one request for your family, reading the responses schools send, messaging them, and sharing your contact details with the schools you choose. Schools may use their access to keep their own information accurate and to answer requests.

• Submitting false, misleading or impersonated information, or requests you do not intend to follow up.
• Using the service for marketing, recruitment, solicitation or resale of any kind.
• Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading or systematically extracting school information or page content.
• Attempting to access another family's request, or any account, system or data you are not authorised to access.
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the service, or circumventing rate limits or authentication.
• Uploading malicious code, or interfering with the availability or integrity of the service.
• Sending abusive, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful content to our team or to an admissions team.
• Using the service to build, train or benchmark a competing dataset or product.

Automated access is permitted only for search engine crawlers acting within our robots directives. Any other automated collection requires our prior written permission.

Schools must respond to requests in a professional manner, send only responses and messages that relate to the request received, use family information solely to answer that request, keep their own information accurate, and comply with applicable data protection law. Responses and messages must not be used for unrelated marketing, and adding a family to a marketing list without a lawful basis is a breach of this policy.

Report abuse or a suspected security issue to security@internationalschools.org. Report inaccurate school information through our contact page.

We may investigate suspected breaches and may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove content, withdraw a school from participation, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Questions about this policy: legal@internationalschools.org.
