Make a Privacy Request
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or change how it is used. There is no charge, and using this page does not affect any enquiry you have already sent.
1. What you can request
- Access: a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion: remove your enquiry and contact details from our systems.
- Portability: receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction or objection: limit or object to a particular use, including direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent: for cookies, analytics or communications, at any time.
2. How to submit a request
Email privacy@internationalschools.org with the subject "Privacy request". Tell us which right you are exercising, the email address you used with the service, and the destination and approximate date of your enquiry so we can locate your record. You may also write to ICPLeads, Inc., 300 Delaware Ave, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States of America.
3. Verifying your identity
To protect your information, we confirm your identity before acting. Usually this means replying from the email address associated with the enquiry. If we cannot verify you, we will tell you why and what else we need.
5. How long it takes
- UK and EEA: within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, with notice.
- United States: within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days, with notice.
- Elsewhere: within 30 days wherever possible.
6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. To opt out of any sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, decline advertising cookies in the cookie preferences on our cookies page, or email us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We also honour Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.
7. Requests about a school you contacted
A school you selected holds your enquiry as an independent controller. We can delete our copy, but you will need to contact the school directly to exercise your rights over the copy it holds. We will tell you which schools received your enquiry.
8. If you are not satisfied
Tell us and we will review the decision. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom. See our privacy policy for full details.
