Groups commission an Admissions Review or a Parent Experience Review campus by campus, with one point of contact and findings presented to group leadership. We agree which campuses are in scope, and the fixed fee, before work begins.
What a group can commission
Each review is carried out campus by campus, so the findings and recommendations reflect that campus and its families.
Admissions Review
Understand why prospective families do or do not enrol, and what to improve.
When it helps: You have places to fill and suitable enquiries, but fewer families are enrolling than you expected.
We follow one recent intake from first enquiry through to enrolment, including accepted offers that never became starts. We read the actual communications and follow-up, examine your admissions records, and interview consenting families who joined and who did not. We then set out which obstacles the evidence supports and the practical changes worth making.
Parent Experience Review
Understand what influences families to stay, leave or recommend your school.
When it helps: You face recurring parent concerns, disappointing re-enrolment, or departures you do not fully understand.
We survey and interview current and departing parents in confidence: what they value, where expectations are not being met, and which concerns keep returning. We separate what your school can improve from reasons outside its control, such as relocation or graduation, so leadership gets clear priorities rather than a list of complaints.
What you receive
Per campus in scope: a leadership report, a prioritised action plan, agreed practical improvements and a workshop with your team.
Each recommendation explains the supporting evidence, the action proposed, who should own it and how progress can be measured.
Fixed-scope reviews. We agree the scope, deliverables and fee before work begins.

School payments do not influence our recommendations to families.
Families, or their employers, pay us for Personal School Search. Schools can commission a review of their own admissions or parent experience. Replying to our family enquiries never requires buying a review, and research responses are never used to sell school-search services to participating parents.
