For employers & organisations

Help your employees find the right school.

Personal school search for relocating families. We manage the research and the admissions outreach, so your employee can make a clear decision about where to apply.

From US$499 per family · Scope and fee agreed with you

Tell us the destination, the family and the timing. We reply with a scope and a fee you can approve before any work starts.

A named adviser

One adviser owns the work and speaks with the family directly. You always know who is responsible.

Direct support for the family

We work with your employee and their partner, not through a queue. The school decision is theirs; the research and the outreach are ours.

Agreed scope and billing

Scope, fee and invoicing are agreed with you before the work begins. No portal, no accounts to set up, no subscription.

Why organisations arrange this

Schooling is often the part of a relocation a family cannot research properly from a distance.

For your employees

Choosing a school in an unfamiliar city, for children who each need something different, is one of the harder parts of a move. Someone doing that research properly removes a real source of uncertainty.

For your organisation

School uncertainty can complicate a relocation. Giving the family clear, researched options and a plan of where to apply keeps that part of the move moving.

For relocation partners

If you already manage visas, housing and settling in, this adds school-search expertise to your engagement without changing how you work with the family.

Who does the work

Patrick Heiberg

Founder of InternationalSchools.org · Father of two · Living abroad

Building InternationalSchools.org has given me an extensive personal network across international schools worldwide. As a parent living abroad, I also understand how much this decision matters to a relocating family.

For employer engagements I work directly with the family, and keep your team informed on the terms we agree at the start.

What the family receives

Research, answers from admissions teams, and a plan the family can act on.

  • A consultation covering each child: age, year group, curriculum history, language and any learning support needs
  • Research of the agreed destination, focused on schools that genuinely fit the family
  • Admissions teams contacted about the intended start date, with fees and the current admissions position reported as they come back
  • Confirmed answers and still-unanswered enquiries clearly distinguished, never blurred together
  • Clear recommendations, explained in writing, with suitable alternatives
  • A written plan of preferred options and the next actions for the family
  • Written questions on the agreed search answered for 30 days after delivery

How to arrange it

Three steps, from your enquiry to a family who knows where to apply.

  1. Tell us what you need

The destination, the family, the timing and how you want to be kept informed. We agree the scope, the fee and how it is invoiced before any work starts.

  2. We manage the search with your employee

A consultation with the family, research of the destination and outreach to admissions teams, with the agreed updates to you along the way.

  3. They know what to do next

Recommendations and a written application plan the family can act on, plus written follow-up on that search for 30 days.

Price

From US$499 per family

The fee depends on the destination, the number of children and the scope you ask for. Volume and ongoing arrangements are quoted, agreed in writing, and invoiced to the organisation.
